CONDITIONS FOR RESERVATIONS
The reservation is confirmed only if accompanied by a 25% deposit on the rental price. The overall difference of the cost of the holiday must be paid in cash or by bank transfer at the apartment delivery, together with the cost of the final cleaning.

The cost of final cleaning is €80,00 and are not included: kitchenette, fridge, dishes and bathroom which are charged to the customer, otherwise a higher cost of cleaning will be charged on the day of departure.
ARRIVAL / DEPARTURE
We kindly ask you to respect the times of arrival and departure which are: after 12.00pm for the arrival and by 10.00am for the departure.
EURO per week
The prices are on a weekly basis and are inclusive of all costs (energy consumption, water and gas) with the exception of one final cleaning ( €80,00 ).
Towels and bed linens are not provided.
However is offered an optional service to rent linen bed and towels (on request when booking):

Prices are per person per week.
No pets are allowed.
